2. Tell me about your hobbies. Who do you usually do with?

I have a variety of hobbies that I enjoy. I love listening to music to unwind and relax, often with a good book in hand. Playing with my children brings me immense joy and allows me to bond with them. When I want to socialize, I often hang out with my friends, whether it's going for a coffee or watching a movie together. Overall, these hobbies enrich my life and allow me to spend quality time with both family and friends.

3. What is your job? Tell me more about it.

A. Chef engineering

As an Engineering Manager at a hotel, I am primarily responsible for supervising the maintenance and functionality of the hotel's physical infrastructure. This involves managing a team of engineers and technicians who handle tasks such as electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and general repairs. I ensure that all facilities meet safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, My role also entails strategic planning, budgeting, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the hotel.

B. Chef

As an Executive Chef at a hotel, my main responsibility is overseeing the culinary operations of the entire kitchen. This involves managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, creating menus, and ensuring that all food served meets high-quality standards. I collaborate with other departments to plan and execute events, oversee inventory and ordering of ingredients, and maintain food safety and sanitation protocols. Additionally, I am involved in training and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency.

C. Assistant of HR manager

As an Assistant to the HR Manager at a hotel, my primary role is to support the HR manager in various administrative tasks and human resources activities. Additionally, I handle employee relations matters, such as addressing concerns or conflicts, and I assist with maintaining HR records and databases. Overall, my role is to help ensure that the hotel's HR functions run smoothly and effectively, contributing to a positive work environment for all employees.

D. Bellman + Transportation Coordinator

As a bellman (transportation coordinator) at a hotel, my role is diverse and involves various responsibilities. As a bellman, I warmly greet guests upon their arrival, assist them with their luggage, and escort them to their rooms. Additionally, I provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to ensure they have a pleasant stay.

E. Housekeeping manager

As a Housekeeping Manager at a hotel, my main responsibility is to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities. This involves managing a team of housekeeping staff, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring that all areas meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.

F. Landscaping Manager

As a Landscaping Manager at a hotel, my main responsibility is to oversee the maintenance and beautification of the hotel's outdoor spaces. This involves managing a team of landscapers and gardeners who are responsible for tasks such as lawn care, planting flowers and shrubs, and maintaining irrigation systems.

G. Assistant of FC

As an Assistant to the Finance Controller at a hotel, my main responsibility is to support the Finance Controller in managing the financial aspects of the hotel's operations. This involves various tasks such as assisting with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. I work closely with the Finance Controller to prepare financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

H. GEX

As a GEX Experience Staff member at a hotel, my primary role is to ensure that guests have a delightful and memorable experience throughout their stay. I am responsible for providing excellent customer service and addressing guests' needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.

I. Receptionist

As a receptionist in a hotel, my primary role is to welcome guests and provide them with assistance throughout their stay. This involves checking guests in and out, processing reservations, and answering any questions they may have about the hotel or local area. I also handle phone calls, manage bookings, and ensure that guests have a pleasant experience.

J. F&B staff

As an F&B (Food and Beverage) staff member in a hotel, my main responsibility is to provide excellent service to guests in the dining areas. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. I may also assist with setting up and clearing tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

4. Tell me more about your family

a. I'd be happy to share a bit about my family. I come from a small but close-knit family. We're a family of four, including my parents, my younger sister, and me. My parents are both hardworking individuals; my dad works in sales, while my mom is a teacher. They've always been supportive and encouraging, and I'm grateful for their guidance. My sister is still in school, and we have a typical sibling relationship - we have our ups and downs, but we always have each other's backs.

b. Of course, I'd be happy to share a bit about my family. We're a small but loving family of three, consisting of my husband, my son, and me. My husband is my partner in life, and we support each other through thick and thin. He works hard to provide for our family, and I appreciate his dedication and love. Our son is the light of our lives, full of energy and curiosity. We enjoy watching him grow and learn new things every day. As a family, we cherish spending time together, whether it's going for walks in the park, playing games at home, or simply enjoying meals together.

5. What is the target in your career after the next few years?

In the next few years, my career goal is to advance to the position of manager in a hotel. I aspire to take on more leadership responsibilities and oversee various aspects of hotel operations, such as guest services, staff management, and financial administration. I aim to further develop my skills in team leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
